Playlist. 5: Mantras.


I  realize it’s been quite a while since I shared any of my playlist with you guys.

I like to share the actual songs I am  are currently listening to as it switches up all the time! Lately I have been loving starting my day off listening to a few good mantras. I don’t even know the language to most of them,  but it helps me to approach the day with confidence, anticipation and just feeling happier.

It may seem corny, but these simple phrases—and mantras in general—are quite powerful.

a mantra is a word or sound used to help with concentration for meditation. “When we chant these mantras, the vibrations become a reality within our beings and within our experience,”

There are lots of studies that have been done on chanting mantras showing that they can reduce stress levels! Who doesn’t need that!?

“The tapping of the tongue on the roof of the mouth sends messages and vibrations to areas of your brain and work with the brain and then the whole body to effect very, very real change.”
